YER A WIZARD HARRY

Ohhhh yes look who finally made it to the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London: The Making Of Harry Potter (quite a mouthful). I have been begging my family to all go here for so many years and finally for one of my Christmas presents my Mum bought us all tickets (what a legend). I've heard so many incredible things about the tour from my friends, other family members and everyone else who has ever been, so finally getting to go was soooo exciting and obviously, meant I need to do a big ol' blog post on this classy experience.

So here's the thing, the day before and the day of our booked tour for the Making Of Harry Potter I was illll, like throwing up all over the place - proper ill. Now this wasn't the best obviously but I did end up going to the Tour, I just felt veryyy ill the entire way round - so if I look mega pale and ill in the photos, you know why.

This place is massive. Like MASSIVE. It's so huge and I never really realised this, like it just keeps goingggg on and on. From this outside the Studio looks HUGE I'm not going to lie, but when you go inside and into the lobby you just realise how big it really is.

The gift shop was honestly one of my highlights, don't get me wrong it is massively expensive so prepare yourself to spend some proper money if you want to pick up some souvenirs. I bought Hermione's wand which did feel ratherrr momentous to me - I'd been looking at all of the wands online for so long and seeing so many people picking them up when they were able to go to the Studios and I finally got to go and pick one up for myself. Hermione's is so flipping gorgeous and I've always loved her so much as a character, if I ever get to go back I think I might go for either the Elder Wand or Bellatrix's because I just love her and she's one of my favourite villains of all time.

The whole things feels magical, it's all done so well and set out so well - it felt megaaa strange to see all of my favourite sets, costumes and props all together in one place. It's also massively interactive and there's so many things you can do and have a play with to get the full experience.

Gringotts bank was one of my biggest - there were two of them!! One was all shiny and done up with such incredible detail and the second was in ruins because of the dragons escape and seriously the amount of detail in both of them were incredible.

My biggest piece of advice if you're going to the Tour would just be to take your time. There is so much to see and you are completely able to take it all at your own place, for 95% of the tour there isn't a tour guide showing what's what and where to go so take your time and just look everywhere in all the little corners and spaces because you'll find so much detail in every little space.

You also can buy head-sets which tell you where to go and give you extra detail about the Tour. After speaking to a lovely woman who works at the Studios (I swear everyone there is so lovely) it was recommended to us that for our first visit we don't use the head-sets, we just take it all in and if we ever came back again (which I definitely will be, there's no doubt about that), then the head-sets might be worth a go as they give lots of detail about what you're seeing and I believe include interviews with the cast and crew. So if that sounds like your kind of thing - give it a go!

There you go! That was my experience at the incredible Warner Bros. Studio Tour. Despite the fact I was so illll this day was incredible and I give a special thank you to my Mum for taking me (she's a legend). Have you been to the Making Of Harry Potter? Where are you travelling to this summer?
