Hey Everyone,

After hours of scrolling through Pinterest I found masses of lists telling me how to lead my life. And honestly - I didn't agree with half of them. However, I did agree with a few things and decided to throw them together into a list of '35 Healthy Habits'. It's important to look after yourself and the people around you, and what better place to start by getting into habits that will help to improve your day-to-day life. I'm not saying these are magically going to change your life over night, everything needs a little time and a little effort, I'm saying that these are good habits to get into. Why not give them a go?
