WE'RE DREAMING OF LAVENDER AND GOING MAD FOR PLAID

As we get ready to welcome in a brand-new year, it's also time to welcome in a new set of fabulous trends. According to the street style scene, the couture runways and the best dressed A-listers - these are the emerging trends to watch in 2018. INFUSED WITH ART

Art and fashion have intertwined as usual on the Spring 2018 runways, making for a rich and colourful way to make any wardrobe artistic. From the bold Warhol-inspired pieces from Versace to the creative cartoon works of art seen in Prada's collection, art is very wearable in 2018.






LAVENDER DREAMS

Few designers may have declared, 'Ultra Violet' the official colour of 2018, but we're banking on this pretty pastel shade to takeover instead. From Chanel to Valentine and Calvin Klein, clear plastic outwear is having a major revival. Whether you're facing a rainstorm at Chanel's Spring 2018  show or you simply want to try standing out with a clear coat - spring with undoubtedly be filled with clear shiny pieces.







60's FLORALS

Before you crack a 'groundbreaking florals' joke, spring's iteration of the print comes in the form of the retro, '60s-inspired styles that actually DO feel fresh. The print makes for a playful dress or two-piece set this season.

Making for one of the most fun and eccentric trends of the season, fringe is back and more over-the-top than ever. Glam, dramatic and stunning - fringe was spotted on the runways at Dior and Calvin Klein. For those looking to take on the trend, it's already appearing on skirts, playful trim tops and for more of a subtle appearance try a handbag.

The classic trench gets a gorgeous fresh upgrade after being reworked in endless amounts of ways on the runways. From new cuts to feathers and ruffles, there's a fun new trench for everyone to try this season.
